What is your favorite thing about Candyland?
i think it's the way the community has formed into a family and how well it adapts to new faces around. everyone is so welcoming and easy to chat with that you fall into the groove of things in no time. it's also the way that everyone wants the other to succeed and how they are willing to assist you to get there. it's just a great place to be involved in, really.
What are your favorite genres to role play?
i've been apart of the role-play community for, oh dear, quite a long while - sometimes off and on, but it's been consistent for me to be on a site or two for a couple years now. i've developed a biased love towards post-potter
sites. i've done a couple of real life and little odds and ends genres here and there, but i've always gravitated back towards the favorites.
What are your favorite movies/books/video games/ect?
this is really going to be quite the long list. per my current username, my favorite out right novel is looking for alaska
, i even have infinite tattooed on my right shoulder. i also enjoy the witch doesn't burn in this one
, milk and honey
, the harry potter series
, and let it snow
. as for movies/tv shows, i constantly watch supernatural
, to the bone
, criminal minds
, the walking dead
, and many more...
i'm not that big on video games, but i do enjoy the game we happy few!
What other hobbies/interests besides roleplaying, graphics, coding, or writing do you have?
does work count as an unfortunate hobby? just kidding, well, kind of. i'm an assistant manager so, i spend a lot
of time cooped up in a mall. when i'm not running around there, i'm usually at the dog park with the kiddo or spending time with my fiancé! we like to play board games (he's a sore loser
though really, it's just me who is lol
), go adventuring (we have a green way behind our apartment that is really beautiful to tour), and go bowling!
What made you want to become staff on a resource forum?
i've always wanted to staff on a resource forum, honestly, but never gathered up the courage to on-board until now! just seeing the way a community (like candyland!) is built on helping others without passing judgement really appeals to me. i love to help others in any possible way that i can and staffing on a resource platform lets me do that!
